I used parking on site. Comfortable base for city break in Durban. Not far from the airport, 19 miles.

The staff seemed friendly and very helpful. The kitchen staff was very professional in their service to the guests. They also have the best coffee in the 'world'? Most likely. The parking is more private and safe.

The parking Was at times hectic. The was a time when there were more vehicles and because of it's size it made it very difficult for one to move out the vehicle. Please add more items on the breakfast menu.

Pillows smelt like fish oil.Room we stayed in, was above servant`s quarters, very noisy.Poor breakfast selection, cuppachino was advertised but the machine was broken, croissonts 3 days old.Shockingly over - priced. The worst value ever experienced in South Africa.

The interior design and food is excellent.

Location of the Hotel, Staff dont seem to understand English properly (none of the staff except lady at the Kitchen speaks Local language). Parking lot need improvement. Accesibility to the room to be upgraded, doesnt cater for disable people which is not good. Back door entrance not working. might be too early to call it a Hotel, Instead bed and Breakfast which will also need improvement on above mentioned
